  • 1 kg flour,
  • 250 g lard,
  • 1 baking powder,
  • grated orange peel and lemon (or orange essence),
  • 250g sugar,
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar,
  • 1 or,

RECIPE PREPARATION Spirits:

I made the portion of biscuits from half a portion. Knead a dough from all the ingredients. It is given through a meat grinder (shaped) or cut into different shapes. They are put in the oven for approx. They can be consumed like this or you can give them powdered sugar.

ingredients

200 g lard
200 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g of milk
100 g sour cream
2 sachets of baking powder
lemon peel
vanilla essence
100 g ground walnuts
about 1 kg of flour
powdered sugar

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the lard with the sugar, add the eggs and mix after each one, add the milk, sour cream, vanilla essence, lemon peel and mix until smooth.

Add the ground walnuts, baking powder and gradually mixing the flour with a spoon as much as we can, then mix by hand.

A homogeneous and non-sticky shell must result.

Wrap the coca in cling film and let it cool for 30 minutes.

Put the shape on the meat grinder (without a knife) and pass the dough through the machine.

Cut with a knife to the desired size, place in a tray lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

Lemon / orange flavored biscuits: Faina de wheat, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), sugar, maize starch, loosening agent (sodium hydrogen pyrophosphate), egg powder, milk defatted powder, lemon / orange flavor, salt.

Cocoa biscuits: Faina de wheat, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), sugar, maize starch, cocoa (1%), loosening agent (sodium acid pyrophosphate), egg powder, milk defatted powder, aroma, salt.

Glazed biscuits: Faina de wheat, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), sugar, maize starch, cocoa (min. 4%), loosening agent (sodium acid pyrophosphate), egg powder, milk defatted powder, aroma, salt.

Augusta Sim, this is cut with butter. I repeat, of course there are more recipes, it is natural. I don't dispute the one with lard, but, to be given to children, easier with lard. Any recipe with lard also needs something else, probably sour cream, so if you want to make them with lard, you have to look for a recipe. adequate, it is not enough to replace the butter with lard.
