Quinoa candies

Quinoa candies

They are light, healthy and do not contain sugar.
They are also easy to make and the little ones will like them too.

  • -300 g boiled quinoa (1 cup coffee quinoa seeds boiled in 3 cups water coffee)
  • -50 g almonds
  • -10 seedless dates
  • -2 tablespoons honey
  • -1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • -100 g coconut butter
  • -50 g coconut flakes
  • Extra:
  • -50 g coconut flakes

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


I put boiled and cooled quinoa in the robot's bowl. Over it I put honey, dates, almonds, cinnamon, 50 g coconut flakes and coconut butter. I turned on the robot and let it run until the ingredients start to bind (about 5 minutes).

Put 50 gr coconut flakes on a plate.

We take from the composition and form candies the size of a walnut. We put each candy through the coconut and place it in a casserole with a lid.

Refrigerate for 1 hour and can be eaten.
