Pandispan dessert with jam


In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, cocoa.

Melt the butter and mix it with the milk.

Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes a glossy meringue, add the yolks and mix well until smooth.

Add the milk mixture, the flour mixture and with a spatula mix with movements from bottom to top until smooth.

Pour the composition in a pan greased with butter or lined with baking paper, add the jam on top (mine was too liquid).

Put the tray in the preheated oven until it passes the toothpick test.

Allow to cool and powder with sugar or whipped cream.
