Walnut egg white cake
Over the beaten egg whites, add the hard foam with a little salt, the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the vanilla essence, mix until it turns into a fine meringue.
-incorporate the oil, baking powder and baking soda quenched with lemon juice in the above dough, but also the finely chopped flour (I put them on the robot for a few seconds)
-homogenize well, pour the dough into the baking paper tray
-bake until nicely browned
-let it cool
-in the slightly heated sour cream, melt the chocolate and mix well
- spread evenly over the completely cooled countertop, top with cocoa powder.
