Cherry jelly


  • 500 g cherry syrup or cherry compote
  • about 1 1 2 sachet of gelatin
  • whipped cream for garnish

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry jelly:

Put the gelatin on the bain-marie together with 200 g of syrup and mix until it melts.

Then add it to the rest of the syrup and let it cool until it thickens.

In the jelly you can also put some cherries from jam or compote but without seeds
