Lace-potatoes


Wash the potatoes very well and then boil them whole in their skins.

Drain the water and leave to cool a little. Cut the potatoes in half. Peel each potato in half, taking care to peel it to stay whole.

We put cheese or mozzarella at the base, sprinkle with tomato sauce or ketchup, then on top the rest of what we want, bacon, moss, salami, mushrooms, olives (I did not put), and on top of Parmesan then again a little sauce and sprinkle the spices and a little salt to taste.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees (or until nicely browned). As the potatoes are new, they have a thin skin and can be eaten completely.

We will eat them warm and of course with appetite! :)))
